One of the more unusual sights on site this week has been our electrical team undertaking precision soldering. While less common in standard residential builds, this level of detail is essential for the high-end systems specified for Newlands.
With the major decorative works complete, the transition from a construction site to a refined family home is now almost total. The team is currently conducting a final sweep of the property, attending to the micro-details that often go unnoticed but are essential to the overall quality and feel of a CCG project.
