The steelwork is in place, tying the old and new sections together and giving the building its full volume for the first time. This intricate framework will carry the load of the vaulted roof and the large feature glazing that will later flood the space with natural light.
Roofing works are well underway, with insulation, breathable membranes and battens being installed under crisp autumn skies. The team are working across multiple elevations to ensure the building is fully weather-tight before the next phase begins.



Inside, newly exposed beams and steel connections highlight the careful blend of modern engineering with the building’s original character. Each detail has been designed to complement the Cotswold stone façade while adding a fresh contemporary layer to the home’s story.
