This renovation is more than just updating the main house. South Lodge also boasts a self-contained unit above the garage, which we’ll be transforming into a luxury living space.
At this early stage, we have plumbers and electricians on-site, working diligently on the first fix. Many of the floorboards are up and walls exposed, to allow the intricate network of pipes and cables to be carefully integrated to run discreetly throughout - ensuring modern convenience blends seamlessly into this timeless home.
Underfloor heating is also being installed as part of this project to ensure a warm and comfortable environment without compromising the property’s traditional charm.
From fully decorating to implementing high-end finishes throughout the property, every inch will reflect the perfect combination of style, function, and historical respect.
