One side of the extensive roof repair to the existing structure is nearly finished, with just a final line of tiles needed on one side before the roofers move to the other.
The side extension, destined to be a beautiful garden room, continues to rise. Impressive exposed timber crafted by our in-house joinery team will feature proudly inside this space.
At the rear, the large single-story extension, which will become the new kitchen, has shot up quickly. The numerous rafters will soon be topped with a sleek zinc roof.
This home will also feature air conditioning, and we've already completed the first fix for that. Our window fitters are busy installing new windows throughout the existing building. Inside, the meticulous task of plaster boarding and plastering the many rooms continues.
