An ambitious reworking of a beautiful Cotswold home, Newlands is in the midst of a complete renovation and extensive extensions that will considerably increase its footprint. The expanded layout will allow for grand entertaining spaces, refined private rooms, and an effortless connection between house and grounds.
The foundations for the extension to the side and rear of the property have been laid, setting the stage for vertical construction to begin.
We're currently busy marking out the locations for all the walls, ensuring precise placement as we move forward with the next phase of the project.
